An opportunity to join together for half an hour of meditative rest, offered via Zoom.Â
- The session will open with a short prayer/intention setting.
- You will then be invited to sit quietly and receive distance Reiki healing, as a group.Â
- There will be an opportunity to share feedback at the end of the session.
